| 01.15.2007 UPLOAD POWER SURGE TV.:.:.We are less than one week away from probably the biggest event in PWU History, Cuffed & Caged. On this edition of Power Surge TV, The Phan and Jake Black take a look at the World Championship Match between Devon Moore and Ian Rotten. To close out the show they take yet another look at where the JCW/PWU war has come from. Even though it did have a small video thing of Ian whooping Devon, it still didn't really hype up some of the other matches other than just going over the card.
